Restaurant Estragon looks back on more than 20 years of history in Felanitx.

Originally run by a Spanish owner, the restaurant was taken over in autumn 2022 by the German expatriates Georg & Yvette. After extensive renovations, they celebrated the reopening in February 2023.

Shortly afterward, for personal reasons, they decided to pass the restaurant on – making room for a new chapter.

Since November 2023, Felix Passow has been the owner of Estragon.

Originally from Germany, he fell in love with the restaurant at first sight – and shortly thereafter moved his life to Felanitx.

After many successful years in the luxury automotive industry, he took the bold step of starting a completely new career in Mallorca, despite having no prior experience in gastronomy. A few months later, his family joined him.

A step driven by passion – and conviction.

With great personal commitment and dedication, Felix now runs Estragon together with his team.

Our goal is for every guest to feel as if they are visiting good friends. Warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care are at the heart of everything we do.

For us, hospitality is not a concept – it is a mindset.

At the heart of our restaurant is Head Chef Dani and her team.

With passion, she creates seasonal meat and fish dishes as well as exceptional vegetarian specialties. Her cuisine combines classic flavors with modern and individual influences – a refined fusion of tradition and creativity.
